Question Two Analyses

How does your media product represent particular social groups?
Our piece is shown in some stereotypical light and some non stereotypical light, firstly we portray gender in a stereotypical light as we felt that a man would suit our opening more then a women due to the greater size thus being more intimidating, this therefore is stereotypical as it shows men dominant over females.

As of Class, Class is shown in a non stereotypical light as stereotypically its the lower class that are participating in illegal activity and the higher class that our obeying to the laws, as it is the other way around as Xavier is a felon.

We portray Race as stereotypical as we show the only person in the opening to be white and of a high expenses, with disposable income to afford nice cars and such.

Sexuality And Disability aren't being shown in the opening however if their shown down the line of the movie I believe they would be represented in a stereotypical light as the piece is about crime and violence its clear that one would need to be physically strong in order to survive.

The film s based from Xavier the anti hero/protagonists point of view, I believe he addresses the target audience of those who watch as he is in his young/mid 20s a role model stage of those around 18 years old. He is swarv and rich which most people around 18 are all aspiring to be he therefore appears to be a powerful figure to the young audience, appealing to them.
